About Me

Enterprise transformation leader with experience spanning financial services, healthcare, PMO modernization, AI/NLP enablement, operational intelligence, and enterprise technology delivery. I specialize in aligning technology, governance, automation, and execution disciplines into scalable operating frameworks—and am now applying that experience to governed enterprise AI adoption and operationalization.

I specialize in enterprise transformation initiatives that integrate technology, governance, operational intelligence, automation, and disciplined execution into measurable business outcomes. Increasingly, I am applying that experience to governed enterprise AI adoption and operationalization—bringing established transformation, governance, and execution disciplines to the challenge of moving AI from experimentation into reliable enterprise use.

My career has focused on understanding how complex organizations operate—not only technically, but operationally, financially, and procedurally. Across financial services, healthcare, enterprise reporting, PMO governance, automation, and transformation programs, I have consistently worked to improve visibility, execution discipline, operational efficiency, and decision-making capability.

I have led and contributed to enterprise initiatives spanning Raymond James, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Citi, and other complex organizations where operational scale, governance, reporting accuracy, and execution discipline were critical to business success. My experience includes large-scale financial systems modernization, PMO leadership, enterprise reporting platforms, SDLC governance, workflow automation, and operational transformation initiatives.

My approach is rooted in systems thinking. Organizations function as interconnected operational ecosystems where reporting, governance, automation, process discipline, and technology execution must align to produce sustainable outcomes. Throughout my career, I have focused on building operational clarity through structured execution, automation enablement, reporting intelligence, and measurable governance frameworks.

In addition to enterprise program and project leadership, I have developed automation solutions, reporting platforms, workflow systems, and operational intelligence tools designed to reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and strengthen execution control. More recently, I have extended that hands-on work into AI-assisted software engineering, developing a governed Engineering System that combines AI acceleration with architecture-first engineering, deterministic verification, retained lifecycle evidence, explicit authority boundaries, and accountable human control.

That work reflects a broader principle I bring to enterprise AI: AI adoption is not simply a technology implementation. It is an operating-model transformation. Sustainable adoption requires governance, engineering discipline, organizational change, measurable controls, and a clear understanding of where AI authority ends and human accountability remains.

My background includes experience across:

  • Enterprise transformation and modernization
  • Enterprise AI adoption and operationalization
  • Governed AI-assisted engineering
  • PMO governance and operational reporting
  • AI/NLP, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Financial systems and PeopleSoft implementations
  • SDLC leadership and delivery governance
  • Enterprise data, reporting, and operational intelligence
  • Process optimization and business systems integration

I hold PMP and PMI-ACP certifications from the Project Management Institute, along with additional training and certifications in AI management, Generative AI, Data Science foundations, and automation technologies. I continue to focus on how AI, automation, operational intelligence, and disciplined governance can modernize enterprise execution and improve organizational performance.

Beyond enterprise delivery, I have also served in volunteer leadership and service roles, including financial oversight and project support for Beaver Ranch Open Space Park in Colorado and patient support services at the Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute Oncology Infusion Center.

Today, my focus is on the intersection of enterprise transformation and governed AI adoption—helping organizations establish the operating models, governance structures, engineering disciplines, and execution capabilities needed to move AI from isolated experimentation toward controlled, scalable enterprise adoption.

AI-Enabled Operational Intelligence

This website includes an interactive AI knowledge interface that demonstrates practical applications of operational intelligence, enterprise knowledge management, and AI-assisted information delivery.

The interface integrates curated case studies, governance insights, enterprise transformation experience, automation concepts, and operational strategy perspectives into a conversational knowledge environment. It demonstrates how organizational knowledge can be made more accessible and useful through AI-assisted retrieval and interaction.

The objective is not simply chatbot interaction. It is to demonstrate how AI can improve knowledge accessibility, operational visibility, organizational learning, and decision support within complex enterprise environments while maintaining deliberate control over the information and context on which AI-generated responses are based.
